Exchanges are allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects.

Customer pays shipping for size/personal reasons.

We cover shipping if the item is defective or incorrect.

During sales, exchanges are accepted only during the sale period.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders can be cancelled for free before shipment.
