Exchange
You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are accepted for size issues or manufacturing defects.
The customer will bear the shipping cost for exchanges due to personal reasons or wrong size choice,
while megozed covers shipping if the error or defect is from our side.
During sale periods, exchanges are allowed only within the duration of the sale.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any item within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Returns will not be accepted for used, washed, or untagged items.
During sale periods, returns are accepted only within the sale duration.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment free of charge.
If the order has been shipped, it can be returned after delivery following the return policy above.
Additional Notes
Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned after the sale ends, unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
